The assignment
18 VFX items.
One clear production.
Across less than four weeks, I coordinated a distributed team through inserts, cleanup, stabilization, matte painting, crowd work and CG jersey integration — translating creative notes into shot ownership, review priorities and a workable path to final delivery.
Production approach
MAP 18 VFX ITEMS
Turn the brief into a working shot plan with clear ownership, dependencies, priorities and review milestones.
ALIGN THE PIPELINE
Coordinate distributed artists, production, editorial and client feedback through structured WIP reviews and direct status reporting.
PROTECT DELIVERY
Rebalance priorities as approvals evolved, keeping hero crowd-and-jersey shots moving without losing sight of the full campaign.
Production artifact
VISIBILITY AT
SHOT LEVEL.
A portfolio-safe view of the production system I used to keep scope, departments, status and priorities visible across 18 VFX items through final delivery.

The challenge
Different time zones.
One continuous workflow.
With less than four weeks, the central challenge was keeping a distributed team across Los Angeles, Brazil, Argentina and New York moving continuously. Because the work crossed 2D, 3D and compositing, each stage depended on the one before it — and render time had to be protected within an already compressed schedule.
I structured assignments, WIP reviews, feedback and handoffs around the time-zone gaps, so artists received clear next steps before another region signed off. This allowed the team to respond quickly to creative feedback, keep dependent tasks unblocked and maintain a clear view of priorities and delivery status.
